What is a Monthly Report?

It is a summary of your Company or individual buildings’ performance (e.g. energy, renewables, transport, water and carbon footprint) in a PDF format. Useful for comparisons against your historic data.

In the report, you will also be able to see how much of your carbon you have used against your target.

These results will help you to get a quick overview of performance and will flag anything unusual, which should prompt you into the platform to get full results and insights to help action against waste.

How to receive it?

The report will be sent out automatically on the date chosen by your business administrator or manager. Email notification settings can be changed within each member’s preferences.

You can also manually download your Monthly Report within the Impact section of your Pilio account. Once there, navigate to 'Reports' using the navigation bar at the top centre of your screen. Here, scroll down to “Monthly Report” and select your level of analysis by choosing month, year and scope (i.e. single building, multiple buildings or Estate).
