You can set your energy tariff rates at the meter level after you set up your meter for the first time.

You can do this on the "Edit" page of a meter.

Please note - if you do not have your tariffs available, default energy tariff rates are used to provide an estimate of energy costs, which is proportional to energy use.

Instructions for setting your own tariff:

Follow:

- either Settings > Impacts > Click on a meter's edit icon

- or Settings > Buildings > Click on a building's name > Click on a meter's name

then

- scroll down until the tariff section.

Note: use unit costs (e.g. 'pounds', 'euros', etc.) unless specified (e.g. 'pence', 'cents', etc.)

If your energy company charges rates for time-of-use or has a 2-tier rate in the billing cycle, unfortunately at this time the software cannot calculate these costs accurately.
