Why can't I see my results? There are a number of reasons why you may be unable to see all of the features.

1) Too few meter readings: there are some calculations in Pilio that require a minimum number of meter readings for results to be displayed.

You will start to get information about your weekly energy consumption, spending on energy and carbon emissions once you have entered two sets of meter readings. After you have entered your third set of readings there will be enough data for some initial heating efficiency results to be displayed.

The longer you use the system and the more readings you enter the accuracy of the results for heating efficiency will improve.

If you have two months of readings for your heating fuel, it is possible to predict within 10% of your whole year's consumption.

The snapshot will not display summary results until you have set up a building profile and entered at least 3 weeks' worth of meter readings.

2) Your building's weather station is not set or the weather station is no longer transmitting data to the cloud.

3) Your building's heating fuel is not set.

4) Your building's floor area is not set.

5) You haven't completed your first carbon footprint yet. Carbon footprint data will be shown only when this is saved as completed - i.e. not saved as a draft.
