Did you move your office, or closed your retail shop (or other) but want to keep its data in your records? In Pilio, you can archive a building.

When a building is archived:

• it will not be shown in the performance charts (e.g. League) if there is no data for that building in the selected period
• it will be moved to the 'archived buildings' section of the buildings' dropdown in the top blue navigation bar in Performance

To archive a building, go to "Settings > Buildings" and click on the edit icon of the building that you want to archive. This will open the building's edit page.

Once on the building's edit page, check the archive checkbox and then press 'save' at the bottom of the page.
