To import data for multiple meters it needs to be in a CSV file format.

You can upload data for:

- Meter ID

- Date

- Reading/usage

- Actual cost (optional)

- Comments (optional)

Format requirements:

- 'Meter ID' must match your meter's 'Pilio meter name'.

- Date values must have the following format: DD/MM/YYYY. The order is not important.

- Reading/usage and Actual cost values must be number formatted with no thousands separators.

- Both point (".") and comma (",") can be used as a decimal separator. This is set up in the user account settings.

- There must only be one line of column headers and they must be valid CSV files (i.e. only comma/semicolumn delimited files for each column).

You can create your meter readings file in Excel just making sure that when you save the file it is as a CSV file.
